The day’s activities are encapsulated in SciFi on the Street, a charity day in Church Street, Parramatta near Riverside Theatres, with a Cosplay parade and competitions alongside a replica DeLorean Time Machine from Back to the Future movies. In addition, there will be trade and information stands offering comics, books, artists, illustrators, a photo booth, memorabilia, collectables, access to specialist Sci Fi craftspeople, fan clubs, Sci Fi games, workshop on how to make a computer game by Morgan Lean, software companies and more. Over 20 restaurants and cafes will offer discounted menus and host board games. All donations from SciFi on the Street go to Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect).

‘Back to the Future’ DeLorean Time Machine Nathan Clark is unashamedly proud of two things; working at Haltech and being the owner/builder of this DeLorean time machine. Based on the car used in the 1985 movie “Back to the Future”, Nathan’s DeLorean is a painstakingly recreated replica of the actual car used in the movie.
